Cancellation terms

Plans change. Here is what applies, depending on when you let us know.

More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund
Between 7 and 14 days before arrival: 50 % refund
Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund

In every case the tourist tax is refunded in full: it is only due if the stay actually takes place.

To cancel, simply write to us. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 working days, to the original payment method.

Personal data

The information submitted through the booking form (name, email, phone, stay dates) is used solely to process your request. It is never sold or passed to third parties, other than the payment provider. You may request its deletion at any time by writing to us.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. No banking data passes through or is stored on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers. Only one technical cookie is used, to remember your language.
